    As a former appraiser and USAF navigator, failure to pay attention to details could get you sued or dead. CI 102 introduced me to Realnex's Market Edge, a fairly easy to use program to organize & create everything from a one page flyer to a complex CMA. The pre -designed templates often results in a bit of wow factor for our buyers or sellers.
