Rekor Integrations

ParkingChief delivers an all-encompassing parking management system tailored for garages, outdoor parking lots, hotels, and valet services. Valet attendants are equipped with a rugged handheld device that facilitates operations through AI-enhanced license plate recognition at vehicle check-in, tracks key hooks, and can issue SMS and QR digital tickets, while still supporting traditional paper tickets when needed, along with the capability to process card payments directly from the device. Guests enjoy the convenience of requesting their vehicles via text, along with notifications regarding estimated arrival times. Moreover, ParkingChief offers scan-to-pay and pay-as-you-go features, along with digital validations via a partner portal, management of monthly permits, enforcement actions, and an operator portal that delivers real-time reporting. All transactions, validations, permits, and tickets are meticulously logged during a single live session for each vehicle, promoting efficient management. Unlike other software-only valet solutions, ParkingChief also supplies essential hardware, such as handheld terminals, license plate recognition cameras, gates, and kiosks, while ensuring compatibility with existing PARCS equipment, enabling seamless upgrades without necessitating a complete system overhaul. This integrated approach positions ParkingChief as a comprehensive solution for enhancing parking management, increasing operational efficiency, and elevating customer satisfaction to new heights, ultimately transforming the parking experience for both operators and guests alike.
