RDM has been a goto for over 8 years now, however, with the release of PAM on Devolutions server, this has upped our game in providing a seamless RDM experience with PAM integration.

Better Session (RDP) and Password viewing is needed to ease and use for each scenario. We need to be able to launch RDP sessions with out requiring approval, however, a password exposure in PAM needs this approval and eyes on it.

It's an excellent software application, well maintained with lots of updates and new features. I've spent many hours importing all servers and devices we manage remotely.

Swiss Army Knife of Tools for SysAdmin, a great tool, which includes all the management tools in a single application for System Administration, especially like the SSH and RDP for managing all remote servers from single pain of glass.

Pricing could be cheaper! But all VMware vExperts get it for free!

Awesome software that holds every feature needed for remote desktop connection as well as extra tools like password management.

I like the way this software has the all in one solution i need for any remote desktop connections and scripting like PowerShell.

The software is quite big in terms of functionality so at some times it might be hard to find the correct functionality needed.

I use it since 2013, and when I moved to a new company, I brought RDM to my toolset again. RDM means to work safer and faster.

Lots of features, always updated, always thinking in security.
Centralized management, integration with other tools, multiple users and you may automate lots of stuff.

Only startup speed and keyboard lock during startup.

Working in a large environment with many different IT groups using different tools, we were constantly struggling with keeping passwords in sync, lack of documentation, and tool sprawl. We needed a solution that allowed multi-user access, a centralized database so everyone had consistent data and role-based access control with logs. We chose Remote Desktop Manager for both its features and its affordability. We liked it because it allowed us to share information quickly and easily. Our information security team liked it because it allowed for MFA login protection, logging, session recording, and password aging reports. It's rare that InfoSec and IT agree on anything, but Remote Desktop Manager is one of those tools that everyone will like when they start to use it.

The documentation tab. Seriously. It will change your life.

Without reading the documentation, people will only use about 10% of the app's true capabilities.
The native ftp/ftps/sftp tool is lame, but the FileZilla integration works great.
I'd love to see them work more Azure/Graph API into the product.

The product gets better and better with each release. The creators are enthusiastic about their product and make themselves available.

Contains means of connecting to various resources all in one interface. Keeps me from having to have various apps open to do what this one app can.

Setting up some connections is tricky and some don't work.

I've been using RDM for many years now. Started with the free version and once I moved over to the Enterprise version, I couldn't move back. If you work in Information Technology and manage a lot of remote connections, you NEED Remote Desktop Manager!

Securely Store your Credentials to use for your remote connection (SSH, RDP, Etc) entries.
Setup Roles for different users to access specific resources.
Create folders & sub-folders to organize your entries.

Haven't found any as yet. The Devolutions Team is quick to take application feedback (be it bugs or whatever) and take action on whatever you find.

Been using for over 10 years, that software has been following me to every job since I found it, it's a real time saver.

None that I can find, every time that I think it could be fun if... after a few search it already does it, just have to configure the option, so no cons for me really.

No other tool can cover the full range of connection protocols and access.

In my experience, the Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) from Devolutions is the best it-tool on the market to establish secure connections and access to various target systems. it enables all possible connection protocols to be used from a central point. depending on the requirements, the RDM can be used to perform a wide range of tasks. many tasks can be automated. interesting is also the perfect interaction with other products from Devolutions. With the possibility to use a free version, all functions and functionalities can be tested in peace and quiet.

Besides the standard connections there are a lot of options.

Setup was a cumbersome process to get it customized to fit my needs but after the setup was complete it cuts down on time that I have to navigate to different applications.
