    Overall experience has been positive. It has allowed an easy review our sales teams' activity. I am also more concerned about database maintenance and see value in our customer database. Next step for me is incorporating our quotation side into this and am looking forward to when that happens.

    Refabric has a simple on-boarding process allowing for quick adoption from our sales team. the fact that it allows us to easily import contacts to build and maintain the database is a homerun for me.
