    Our overall experience has been very good. As with any conversion it takes some time to get used to new things, but on the whole the system works well and is well designed. The support has been great and any issues we have encountered have been resolved quickly. I recommend ResNexus for small resort property management.

    We migrated to ResNexus recently and have been enjoying the new features this system brings. We are able to manage our small resort very effectively and efficiently. The support has been great and they have worked closely with us on any growing pains. The migration from our old system was flawless.

    Negative

    There are some features that are not as well developed as I would like to see them, namely credit card processing. I would like to see the integration be more intuitive and have full support for EMV.

    We’ve been very happy with the overall experience with ResNexus. Being new at using reservation system, it was a pretty seamless experience.

    Positive

    If you want to reservation system that has everything you need this is the one. We were brand new campground in 2020 and were able to implement A reservation system along with a website prior to opening. It’s an easy learning curve and everything all in one spot. Customer service has been great. We are glad we went with them straight from the start.

    The only con is that all the add-ons cost more money. And we are only open five months a year.

    For me looks of reservation page and support (being a seasoned innkeeper with minimal technology skill) are key. Both layout and support (on phone and support videos) are great with ResNexus.

    Of course the support is outstanding. As well the photos and reservation page looks great—larger and clear . It all looks good!

    Wish there were a few more services on my plan. Pricing is a bit high for professional plan.

    If this software doesn't become much more user-friendly within 4 months, I'm dumping it like a hot potato.

    I cannot think of any pros, maybe the color options you can assign to the calendar. Other than that, it is not user friendly, you have to click too many buttons to do a simple task and it takes you all over such as: click "check-out" save, then another click to "pay now", takes to another screen, click "add payment", then takes you to another screen, click send a "receipt", then another click to Summary.

    So many cons, most important one for me is that there is no kitchen report, want to know what that is, go check out Think Reservation. Kitchen report is for the chef and service staff. The support feature and the YouTube video instructions, directions, and where to find are out of date or do not match. It appears the software has lots of back door hidden secrets passages that only a spy can uncover. The whole software manages to overcomplicate tasks, from taking reservations to reporting to updating content.

    Our experience has been wonderful. If there are any issues, which is rare, they always take care of you. We had a website designed by them and they did a fabulous job. It is very easy to go in and add or change things ourselves. The online bookings are huge for us as well as the connections to AirBnB they offer. The reports they have allow us to gather information to assist our business and growth.

    ResNexus provides all you need for the operations of your campground. Online bookings, point of sale system, websites, and the reports are amazing for management. They are constantly updating and adding new features. Their support team is the best and are always helpful and prompt.

    Some features need to be added to adhere to new standards with COVID-19, but they are actively working on it and always take feedback and suggestions for improvement

    Always receive good service from my red carpet professional. I just ask, and usually, they can find a way to accommodate my needs.

    We are an event venue AND have cabins. We like that they are able to tailor the reservation system for our different needs for both platforms. I am able to extend stays easily when an event group decides to also rent the cabins for their speaker.

    Negative

    The housekeeping portion of the event venue to be used for 2 events a day isn't working so well like it does for the cabin housekeeping chart.
