    Resume Genius was difficult to deal with. I can tell they are more out to get money than actually help their clients. I committed to many hours building a resume to find out that their payment method was not functioning properly. I took all the steps necessary to resolve as they suggested in which took many more hours without any success. I asked countless to resolve the issue but could not and refused to send me my resume. Then they told me to take my business to another company.

    Lack of formatting likely cost me my chance at getting an interview

    I can write a better resume and w/o question a better cover letter.
    The page format is the only saving grace, but even then, it keeps wrapping the 1 page doc into 2 pages. I then shorten the resume, and it keeps stretching into a 2nd page (very irritating)!

    They told me I would be refunded $24 after being charged for a subscription. I never watch it and then I get told I’m only getting paid $17 very upset and disappointed.
