    Extremely simple to set up and use, customer service very understanding and super fast to response, very well priced, loaded with amazing features, one time payment.

    Receipt customisation could be a bit tricky but this is just if you want to customise them to something crazy like extra lines or signature areas or whatever else that they didn’t provide with regular receipts…

    Excellent-Powerful yet Simple

    Excellent. It isn't fancy looking but it is a work horse. I have had several big issues... system failure the Wednesday before Thanksgiving... and they graciously helped me recover. I also love that I can work remotely. I cold called a similar business when first opening and asked them about their POS. This is what they recommended and I'm so happy I chose them. I'm shocked at how much people spend and then don't have access to their data if they change their mind.

    There are is not a huge investment and all your data can be exported to Excel. This was a huge influence as I was unsure when starting my business what type of system I would actually need. If I changed my mind I could transfer data. After 10 years I have not changed my mind. Very low monthly fees and great customer service.

    I wish I could make more detailed reports based on my criteria. There are plenty of excellent reports but there are a few things I would tweak. I am able to request specific reports be generated but I'm scared it will cost more than I planned on.

    Retail edge has excellent support.
    I recommend RetailEdge to all my colleges in the ReStores.

    P.O. system is not easy to use.
    It takes a few tries to get the exact report I want. Once I get all the correct data typed in I eventually get the report I need.
