I still struggle with using Matrices. I suppose I do not use them enough for the process to be fluid. Yet I need it to sync with my Shopify site.

Overall I can easily give 10 out of 10 for this till system, we love it and we are extremely happy that we found it! I highly recommend downloading a demo and giving it a try :)

Extremely simple to set up and use, customer service very understanding and super fast to response, very well priced, loaded with amazing features, one time payment.

Receipt customisation could be a bit tricky but this is just if you want to customise them to something crazy like extra lines or signature areas or whatever else that they didn’t provide with regular receipts…

I wouldn’t choose any other retail software to use because the soft is reliable and the support is great

The soft is easy to use, it is reliable, easy to use, the back office features really amazes me and the support bus on point.

I think the currency conversion would be a nice feature to have on it. And a free Android version of the software as well.

I enjoy using the software, inventory is easy to search for, customers history is well listed with details.

Many options available, easy to use, lots of reports to create different type of reports for different task.

Would like if some reports were easier to create and use.

Excellent. It isn't fancy looking but it is a work horse. I have had several big issues... system failure the Wednesday before Thanksgiving... and they graciously helped me recover. I also love that I can work remotely. I cold called a similar business when first opening and asked them about their POS. This is what they recommended and I'm so happy I chose them. I'm shocked at how much people spend and then don't have access to their data if they change their mind.

There are is not a huge investment and all your data can be exported to Excel. This was a huge influence as I was unsure when starting my business what type of system I would actually need. If I changed my mind I could transfer data. After 10 years I have not changed my mind. Very low monthly fees and great customer service.

I wish I could make more detailed reports based on my criteria. There are plenty of excellent reports but there are a few things I would tweak. I am able to request specific reports be generated but I'm scared it will cost more than I planned on.

Price is right.
Retail edge has excellent support.
I recommend RetailEdge to all my colleges in the ReStores.

Easy to learn.
Easy to customize to my unique store.
Multiple locations all can seen from any location.
Support team Is GREAT and fast to return call and questions.

P.O. system is not easy to use.
It takes a few tries to get the exact report I want. Once I get all the correct data typed in I eventually get the report I need.

They've been supporters of ours from the beginning and the interface continues to improve. It's robust and the islands are great.

The support and sales teams are responsive. They go above and beyond and the product is constantly evolving based on users' input.

I wish it integrated with Wix- we have a great webstore, but have to manually manage inventory.

Highly recommend it, it is worth your money, and no specialized training is required. If you are looking for an easy solution with ALL the essentials you need. Retail Edge is for you.

With 0 experience in using POS software this program was super easy to install, setup, and use! Customer Service is excellent, they answer any questions you have!

There are no CONS, everything about the system is amazing. Bonus! You can manage your inventory and get customized reports.

I recommend RetailEdge to a lot of businesses, because I believe there's nothing else like it. For what it offers, and the financial investment, there's no comparison!

I love how customizable RE is, their customer support is top notch, and their pricing is unmatched. Plus, it's super easy to use, and has proven reliable for the 5 years I've had it, so far!

I can't think of anything I don't like, except to say that sometimes I wish there was a simpler version (not SO many features), IF you can even consider that a "con"!
