What is RiderZero?
RiderZero is a modern tour management platform created to help musicians, managers, production teams, technicians, staff, and guests stay synced throughout a live tour. It brings together tour calendars, roadsheets, flights, hotels, transfers, rehearsals, day sheets, production schedules, weather, team announcements, and logistics in one live system. The platform was built from real touring experience, making it especially useful when plans change quickly and many people need accurate updates at the same time. RiderZero replaces old PDFs, duplicated spreadsheets, and chaotic messaging threads with a single source of truth that updates across the whole team. As a Progressive Web App, it works from a simple URL on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers without requiring an app store download. Installable app mode supports offline access, allowing crew members to view schedules and day sheets without signal and sync changes when they reconnect. RiderZero includes role-based permissions for admins, managers, technicians, musicians, staff, guests, and other collaborators so each person sees the information relevant to their job. Managers can send structured announcements for schedule changes, boarding gates, and logistics updates as push notifications instead of relying on informal chat messages. FlightAware integration provides real-time flight information, including gates, delays, cancellations, and boarding details inside the tour schedule. The platform also supports AI-powered roadsheet imports, allowing users to upload PDFs and automatically generate shows, flights, and hotels, with additional support for CSV and Excel imports. With multilingual support, AI chat, digital itineraries, real-time updates, offline access, and touring-specific workflows, RiderZero helps touring teams manage live event logistics with less confusion and more control.
