PositiveHas all the features needed with desktop, mobile, and browser capabilities. With click to call from your mobile or browser is a sweet add-on. able to set up simple IVRs for your business needs as well.
NegativeThe only con for the system would be when adding new users and setting up extensions could be confusing at first but after you create a few you will get the hang of it.
