The fact that sometimes we have to manually make a route when the platform's optimizer decides a client is not worth to be done because it's too far away.
The inability to assign a client as priority and make the optimizer work every other delivery around it.

We use Routal daily (ex SmartMonkey) and it helps us enormously to plan our routes in a quick and easy way. It is an essential tool for our daily operation.

It would be nice to be able to track our fleet every time, not only if the driver has the app open on his mobile phone.

Good value, powerful tool. Good for linking to drivers in the field and really good to consider different routing options and where to place hubs etc.

Easy to use once you understand the role of vehicles and how you want them to operate. Simple mapping and routes and the ability to instantly share this with drivers is good.

Struggled with optimising routings when using more than 2 vehicles, it probably does it, but i could not do it.
