Redwood RunMyJobs demonstrates remarkable flexibility; once a job chain is established, it operates with precision. A standout feature includes customizable calendars that enable jobs to run strictly on specified schedules, which is one of my personal highlights.

Redwood RunMyJobs is crafted to seamlessly integrate with various business applications; however, some organizations might encounter difficulties when integrating the software with their current systems. Other than this issue, everything else operates smoothly.

Redwood surpasses other tools in batch scheduling with its high degree of automation. The recently developed dashboard proves advantageous in detecting any instances where jobs have been omitted from schedules.

You can monitor system and schedule health on a dashboard that displays the total number of terminated, erroneous, and jobs with extended event waits, eliminating the need for frequent extraction of reports for individual issues.

As of now, there haven't been any significant issues with the Redwood system. However, there are some minor concerns that the support team should address. Often, when I download a report, it comes in a .CAR format, which complicates the process of converting it to an Excel file.

Redwood is the best automation in the market, I have tried 3 different automaton products but Redwood is the best. There is a lot of customization and adaptability as per the user requirement and It also comes with security to protect sensitive activities.

I have been using Redwood for over 2 years and the best thing about this product is the optimized alert system. Redwood eliminates the necessity for programming expertise and even a fresher can learn things quickly.

I feel that UI could be more refined so that It will facilitates easier navigation for the users.

Redwood Workload Automation jobs are seamlessly imported from the SAP system. Moreover, Redwood servers can integrate with Oracle DB, PeopleSoft, and various other databases alongside SAP ECC. it also connects to different application systems like PI channels, EMI , Infor, VIM etc.

We cannot flexibly link jobs within a dependent setup. It requires numerous steps to be added and extensive testing in the development system before deployment into the production system.

Since I've been using it I have been a fan of this application, really it is most efficient tool in doing repetitive tasks hence It saves a lot of time with minimum possibility of error and during the patching activity or down time all the schedulers can be stopped and jobs are halted

I integrated Redwood with SAP system, enabling the scheduling and execution of batch jobs based on Regional requirement and time zone.

1) Integrating with third-party systems demands considerable time and involves coordinating with additional teams to understand the backend configuration.
2) We need to limit the number of job execution size, although its not the preferred approach.

With Redwood Software, we can seamlessly incorporate our current IT infrastructure comprising databases, applications, and platforms—without the need for additional development or coding efforts.

1) All features in Redwood RMJ is much advanced than old CPS system or UC4 system. It has less scripting and everything can be done by clicks and ticks.
2) A notable limitation of Redwood RMJ is its lack of support or integration with ServiceNow for automatic incident creation.
