    Summary

    Overall I am loving using this for my coaching clients. It just makes sense for me as a coach. There are so many ways for me to bring in revenue from every call, it allows for organization between chats, FAQs, files, and sticky notes - it all just makes sense!

    - The host's call timer
    - Linked shopify store and etsy links (so many revenue opportunities)
    - Paid access as participants and audience
    - Great for hosting large webinars as a coach
    - Love the background options
    - Love that the FAQ area is outside the chat

    Negative

    New software - not a con. They are changing and improving fast, so expect to see it grow quickly! The team is agile and any issue I have brought forward to support it's fixed in a week or less. Very impressed.

    I work as part of the Ruume team, and it’s genuinely one of the best platforms I’ve used for smooth online collaboration. Meetings are stable, screen sharing is quick, and everything stays in sync across devices.

    Stable, easy-to-use meetings with crisp screen sharing, quick join, low latency, and seamless handoff between desktop and mobile.

    Negative

    On mobile, the shared screen could be larger; a small layout tweak would improve presentation focus.
