Overall my experience has been great, version 2 will be coming out soon very excited to grow with this software.

I love this app because it is a one-stop shop for marketing automation. It is so easy to use and has amazing features that are important for my business. I love that I have the option to send messages to my contacts or my leads, and the app will automatically find out who you're talking too. I love that I can have a branded text message or a generic text message, depending on my needs. The price is also very affordable for the amount of services that I get. I also love that I can track my campaign performance with the software and see who responded and why.

SMS-iT is still very new software and is only going to get better.

SMS-It is one of the best systems that I had purchased. I do recommend this system the customer service is excellent, and they respond to you fast. They always working on their system and keeping you up to date with the new features.

I most like the software because it has features that other SMS software doesn't have. It is powerful software.

At this point that so far I don't see any cons to this system.

The potential for this tool is massive. Of course, messaging technology can a technical topic, but don't let that put you off. And considering a study reported that SMS has eight times the response rate of email, I'm looking forward to engaging with my audience using the SMS-iT Decentralised plan with unlimited SMS sending. For some time I've been considering how to grow my user database, retain loyal subscribers and drive sales.

I knew my business had to begin using SMS, but I avoided using it for marketing because for most of us it's quite complex and expensive.

SMS-iT Decentralized helps me to increase traffic, subscribers, and sales through unlimited two-way omnichannel messaging and marketing at scale.

SMS-iT has developed a tool that is easy to understand plus an option to send and receive unlimited free SMS texts.

There are four ways I can send unlimited SMS via the decentralized version:

1) SMS-iT Free Public US Number.

2) I can use my Simcard, i.e a Simcard Gateway is available, for unlimited messaging.

3) SMPP Gateway: I can set up a free SMPP Server on my desktop/server, for free unlimited messaging, by using my mobile network connection.

4) In-built Twilio Gateway

The Founder and the support team are incredibly supportive. They are always ready to jump on a Zoom call to help set things up. I have 100% faith that this company is going places, and I plan to enjoy the ride.

- The UI needs modernising and simplification
- The onboarding process has a few bugs

The above cons relate to Version 1.0 but don't be deterred, because Version 2.0, will be a massive improvement, and is due to be released within a few months.

Henry, the owner and genius programmer behind the scenes (remember the wizard behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz) still manages to be very present for customer questions and issues. He's so brilliant, sometimes his answers go whizzing over my head! Then again, I also know that Henry brings you back down to earth when you try to overcomplicate something that has a simple solution.

If you have, or want to have, the younger generations as customers/clients, sms marketing via SMS-iT is seriously something you should consider and then act on! Be proactive rather than reactive! After all, the times, they are a-changin' - don't get left behind. SMS-iT represents the future of omni-channel marketing, allowing you to be everywhere your customers are.

I started out using the Decentralized version but have finally begun to get into the Cloud version. My biggest pro for the Cloud version is that it is less hassle to use since you're using SMS-iT's resources as opposed to those of a third party like Twilio. I also like the user interface, but having seen a preview, I am eagerly waiting for version 2.0, which looks even better!

Customer support is pretty friendly and prompt. I have only had 1 instance where I felt like we were going round in circles. Also, they are quick to let you know when they have to forward your issue to the tech department.

Well, I was perfectly happy with the original SMS-iT, but now that I have seen previews of the second generation (version 2.0), I want to give the original the boot - just kidding! But I am eager for the arrival of v2.

One thing I wish were different: We can use 2-way communication with local numbers, but only 1-way (outgoing) communication with toll-free numbers. Everything else is peachy keen!
