What is SPULLOWS?
All computations concerning the number of convolutions, dimensional measurements, fatigue life cycles, stress assessments, weight evaluations, movement calculations, specifications for tie-rods, dimensions of sleeves and shrouds, lengths of end pipes, and vibration analyses are carried out automatically. After these calculations are completed, SPULLOWS creates comprehensive manufacturing drawings in ACAD or similar 2D drafting applications that encompass the bellows design, assembly illustrations, and individual component diagrams, along with a Bill of Materials (BOM), relevant standards, schedules, a 3D model, and a cost projection document. The entire process of generating these outputs is accomplished seamlessly with just one click. The software provides a selection of standard materials frequently utilized in bellows production, including stainless steel, mild steel, and Inconel, among others. Furthermore, users can easily incorporate new materials into the system through the Admin interface by inputting the necessary details. This capability allows the software to be tailored to accommodate unique project requirements or preferences, enhancing its versatility.
