    Summary

    The customer service I've had is great with the various issues I've had as a 1st time Registrar, especially Breanna! She has always been available and gives great detailed information for our situations. I enjoy the monthly calls as well, always professional and informative about any changes/updates.

    Favorites section has been great, easy to navigate to different areas in student files, and staff helps with customizing reports to our needs.

    Negative

    Not a con, but a personal preference would be if we could customize/change the system message notifications.

    Our overall experience with STARS has been a positive one. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and also informative. I love how I can quickly access a person to help me with any questions or concerns we might have.

    What I love about STARS is that if there is a specific report that is needed someone is willing to be assist us quickly to rectify that request. Also, the functionality of the system is extremely user friendly and comprehensive.

    The only issue that we have is the multiple windows that opens when looking up information, otherwise we love STARS!

    Overall I have always been satisfied with the system and the wonderful support I have received from their team.

    Positive

    Stars handles the entire student life cycle from Prospect to Graduate and then some. Training Masters Staff offer Excellent support as well as assistance with custom programing and even integration of other systems. Handles all aspects from Grades to financials to clocking student hours and so much more. Is a fairly complete system,

    Can be complicated and does take some learning curve to master but this can be expected with a system that encompasses so much.

    STARS has become our schools foundation for operations. I've had other school operating systems try and unseat STARS but none have the capabilities that STARS has.

    Reports and queries are most helpful. Customer service is amazing. Attendance record keeping has been pivotal for our school. Adding task to each student allows me to schedule meetings efficiently.

    In the beginning I had no experience in the educational field. The verbiage took some time to learn.
