    This software platform is by far ahead of the competition.
    The fact that you can see all of your property assets and see your "GLOBAL" cash flow is fantastic.

    Needs more reports.

    The product is fantastic! It has saved me so much time and money - which is why I decided to implement this in the first place!

    Really, I thought I would always have to manage my leases, loans, and cam recs in spreadsheets. Not True!! STRATAFOLIO can do all that and more. Plus I can give my dad read-only access and he can see everything without having to ask me.

    Where do I start:
    - This team knows what they are doing.
    - Great customer service. They really take the time to make sure everything is set up correctly and the way I needed to see it.
    - They have a great product that saves me so much time each month. I cannot wait to implement ACH and see how that helps too!

    - Very knowledgeable team.
    - User friendly system - I got it immediately.
    - Everyone can finally have access to all the files, leases, loan information without having to forward emails or give access to a drive.
    - CAM this year was a breeze and bonus... my tenants liked the reports they got.
    - My banker really liked the rent roll report and how fast I could answer their questions -which sped up the whole process. It was also great to be able to pull large chunks of the personal financial statement out of stratafolio and not have to update a spreadsheet like I used to.

    I realized how many mistakes I had made in my rent tracking for the last several years and how much I actually lost in income!
