    Great salesman, no execution. Hours of lost time and money, nothing to show for it. They are a scam.

    The owner is a scam artists, the devs don't know what they are doing.
    They lie about time lines and executions, but their product is just awful.

    None. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company or its Director. They are incompetent, and when questioned about their work, they gaslight and blame the client. In my 18 years of business, I have never encountered a company with such a poor attitude toward customers and such abysmal service.

    SaaS Integrator looks great from the outside, their flashy website, but they are very poor at communication and delivery. Payment was upfront and they have failed to deliver anything that remotely achieves the brief.

    This company is a facade. The Director operates under a fake name, and an ASIC search shows no real office—just an apartment in Queensland.

    They offered us a refund but never honoured it. Since then, we’ve been completely ghosted by the Director and had to hire another provider to get the job done.

    This company is a complete scam. We paid upfront, and they blamed us for the lack of delivery on the promised service. Communication was terrible, and the management was even worse. They didn’t deliver what was promised, and when we raised concerns, they made excuses and pointed fingers at us.
