We are coaching the principles Tyto is also recommending on their very good support pages to get arrange-act-assert (AAA) in BDTA (Business-Driven Test Automation) enabled. Flowcharts are the next big thing to get also people on board which like visualization of business processes more than using a spreadsheet. Good step forward.
