Overall I would highly recommend this service. It is just what I needed for an environment with lots of RAM to process large volumes of data and also access to GPUs for machine learning applications. All easily accessible in a Jupyter Lab environment.

Saturn cloud is extremely intuitive and easy to use. It also offers a great deal of flexibility so you can create the perfect environment to fit your needs at the lowest cost. Would highly recommend.

The only previous complaint I had was the upload speed could be very slow but since addressing that with them it has increased almost 10x so no complaints now.

Saturn Cloud is a good website for anyone as data science or deep learning worker. But it has some weakness as can't disconnect GPU and memory not big.

Great experience. I train deep reinforcement learning agents on the platform and so far the service and uptime have been great.

Support answers within 2 hours and is very helpful. The platform is very easy to use and the free option is already a great start with 30 hrs of free GPU compute per month.

It was a bit tricky to get into the custom image creation in the beginning. But the support was very helpful so it was manageable.

Positive experience, keep coming back for the ease of use and great support team. Have used many cloud services for DS, and this is my favorite, by far.

Easy set-up, simple billing, great support, haven't ran into any restrictions yet so can tinker with a terminal with little problem.

No real cons found yet. I am not the biggest fan waiting for instances to start and stop, but that probably keeps the cost down for me and lets me get up and grab some water between tasks.

Designed in a very nice way, once you log in you get clear what is where in the platform. Easy to create resources. Has support for popular frameworks and libraries. ML model training is quite fast in this platform them others I observed, and while running codes never faced any problem always very smooth.

A few things could have been great to have on this platform:
1> Not able to see how many resources are used while running code for training or other purposes.
2> Better documentation for how to use the platform.
3> when you have limited storage on the platform it is difficult to see how much is available or how much is used.

Overall I am satisfied with the service of Saturn Cloud, especially the outstanding customer support that I receive even though I was using a free version at that time. I was surprised that my questions were answered timely and very technically correct.

I like it the most that I can run my machine learning models really quick. I iterate over different versions of the models and tweak them to suit my need. No matter whether you are an academic researcher or an industry worker, if you can prototype and iterate your software this fast, you gain an edge over your competitors.

I need more python libraries to process images. And also more able to install software freely on the server.
