It has been a breeze to use SciCord over the past 2+ years and I believe this should become a tool all laboratories should adapt in their workflow to improve their systems.

With a UI similar to Microsoft Excel, the team has been able to adapt data collection into SciCord with minimal delays in work. This has reduced a lot of data transfer as well as data loss for the team.

The web client app may be a little slow to respond, but this occurs on rare occasions.

This is by far the best value in science software (or anything else in science, really) that we've ever experienced. Other solutions in this price range had a fraction of the features, and those with the features cost 3x - 10x more. We're very happy customers.

Cost - We're still amazed at what we get for what we pay. Smart design - it uses a client application and a web portal, and each has its uses. UI - Modern and easy to use; users pick it up quickly. Functionality - During implementation, we constantly asked if there was a way to do xyz... and there was almost always a way. Licensing - You simply pay for how many active users there are, with no need to negotiate bundled deals or mess with keys. There are also non-billed accounts, so you don't need to buy a license for the director that just wants to see the data, etc. Support - Very fast and very good. Inventory management - This has been a godsend for us and has freed up so many personnel hours. Validation documentation - If you're in a GxP environment, you'll be astonished at everything SciCord provides. Other vendors I've worked with charge five figures for what we're provided at no extra cost. Stability - Crashes are very, very rare and we've had 100% system uptime so far. We could list so many more things here, but there is only so much space...

One thing users complain about is that there is no "undo" command or button. If you type something in the wrong space, for instance, you'll have to delete and try again. If you're in a GxP environment, this requires an audit reason for each offense. We also wish the reports looked a bit better and offered more customization. For paperless sites this isn't an issue, but our organization has customers that still want a hard copy pdf to file away..

SciCord provides an excellent interface and was able to provide templates and the ability to analyze laboratory metrics and data. The team is constantly developing new features to help improve user experience as well as provide meaningful insight to managers and administrators. The SciCord team was excellent to work with.

SciCord was an excellent application to use. The interface was unique and more intuitive to users than other ELN platforms. The support and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this program to any laboratory looking for a ELN with customizable templates and the ability to analyze laboratory metrics and data.

Nothing in particular stands out. There were some small issues, but they were resolved.

The overall experience has been very good, the SciCord team have been great to work with. The are very interactive and ensure you are completely happy with what they are carrying out.

The SciCord team have been amazing and will always help with any question or query they are back to you very fast.
The software itself is quite easily used and allows our lab to become paperless.

I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con but the start up can be a lengthy process but this is due to the large workload coming from our side but SciCord has handled this workload very well.
