    Summary

    Doing a good job as 'security camera for screen' as the description says. If you just need record/index/searching/replay for your servers or PCs, then this product can provide all features you need.

    Positive

    Based on the files, it is very easy to deploy and understand.
    The recorded file is surprisingly small, 90 days of data no more than 10GB.
    Easy to search the moment you need to find.
    Barely noticed any CPU cost.

    Negative

    It is more like a powerful tool for 24x7 screen recording rather than a complex solution.

    Summary

    I have used Screen Anytime in a large environment for well over 8 years.
    I "record" all screens 9am-5pm across 600+ devices.
    The compression is incredible, the storage for the entire year is 2Tb (this is at 1 frame a second, Black & White).
    Screen Anytime, just works - sitting in the background, doing its job.
    Its been used for general monitoring (users notified), helping users who have lost work and general troubleshooting.

    I would not run any network without this software.

    Incredible compression use, the storage used it nothing.
    Easy to deploy.
    Good support.

    Negative

    I wouldn't call it a con, but the server interface feels a bit dated.
    However, I have never used the server interface!

    Summary

    We are using it to monitor our public computers and so far it works very well. We have used it for 8 years, the program runs quietly and stable without too much maintenance needed.

    Positive

    We installed about 20 computers, to keep video for 30 days on the server. It records all onscreen activities and is easy to look up later when needed. The program is simple to understand, easy to use.

    Negative

    Not too much to complain, but if possible, the team shall consider adding or enhancing real time monitoring and remote controlling features into it.
