    Summary

    Horrible. Bad product and worse customer service. I am sorry I ever signed up and I don't recommend it to anyone.

    Positive

    It worked ok documenting online apps. It was easy enough to set up and buy it. It collaborates with my assistant.

    Negative

    It hung up and worked terribly trying to get screenshots of desktop apps. After I clicked to cancel the service, they still billed my credit card a year later and they are now making it difficult to resolve this and refund my credit card. It is VERY HARD to cancel this service.
