All in All, One of the best out there in terms of prospecting and research softwares. Vast and reliable database. UI is simple but the look and feel is now a bit outdated. Adding new themes would look cool. Great for business.

We like how convenient seamless is for quick data lookup. We are able to pull an ungodly amount of highly targeted contacts in a matter of minutes. Also, it is an easy integration with our CRM. We use HubSpot. This and other features add a lot of value to our business.

This is a data machine. it seamlessly (if you know what you are searching for) puts tons of usable data at your fingertips. The main features are really intuitive.

Can be overwhelming at first. I wish the tutorial videos were a bit better for some of the more advanced features. Took me a little longer than i would like to figure out.

Terrible experience. You sign an annual agreement and they invoice you the following year without previous warning nor possibility to disengage. Small contract letter says they will renew automatically and you need to tell them 60 days in advance if you don't want to renovate. However, they don't send any warning of this 60 days period. And I don't know about other SME like us around, but we don't have a calendar with deadlines for agreement renovation on vendors, only for clients.
We complained to no avail. They got our money for a second year but we are not using the product. We have a complain with VISA to get the money back.

Results were ok for the USA but otherwise poor for other countries, specially the ones where English is not the official language.

Frustrating company.

When searching for contact info we did find the results were accurate. However if you ever have an issue good luck on getting it fixed.

I would recommend Zoominfo as the support there is much better. As soon as we signed a contract our sales guy was out and getting issues resolved was horrible.

It's the best email and other contact details finding tool in the market. If you are into email marketing and want to target large number of individuals then this is a tool for you.

I have been using Seamless.ai for the past 6 months and it's been very helpful to me. It gets you emails of working professionals from almost any industry. You can easily integrate it with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and make it more powerful. The unlimited version removes all limits and you can find thousands of emails very quickly.

Not all the emails are accurate and almost 40 to 50 percent of them bounce. The USA based emails are more in numbers compared to other countries. $150/month is a bit expensive for small businesses which are struggling to close deals. The advance filter section could be improved to some extend.

Very happy with the purchase. Will get this tool to my whole sales team. Quality is great and the tool is easy to use.

This is a next-level contact gathering tool. I'm very impressed with the quality of the contacts that I am able to find using it. This is now my gold standard of cold contact gathering. It works very well with LinkedIn Sales Nav.

I think they could work on their Chrome plugin, as it leaves a little to be desired. I really like how some other plugins interact with the page that i am looking at, say how Adapt.io opens up a small browser screen next to the page, making it easier to brows contacts. Anyway, quality is still the best with seamless but they could improve their browser plugin.
