    Summary

    Selflessly has enabled our team to measure our impact, bond as a group, understand each other's "Why," and empower's us to give and serve. As Impact becomes top of mind for employees accepting roles today, I think you'd be doing your team a disservice if you didn't offer them Selflessly.

    Positive

    Selflessly is an easy-to-use platform that increases employee engagement through charitable giving and serving. The causes that we all care about need people and money to sustain their contribution to the community- Selflessly enables you to do both.

    One of the benefits we hadn't considered before adopting the platform was the opportunity for healthy competition Selflessly offered to our team. As teams see each other making an impact, they share why their respective causes matter, increasing team bonding and serving as a catalyst to increasing community impact.

    Negative

    In my mind, there are two cons to Selflessly.
    1. They don't currently offer an app- although I'm sure they will offer this in the future.
    2. Many of the smallest local charities may not be listed until you reach out to support and have them get them connected.

    Summary

    Selflessly gives us so many opportunities to give back. Through impact dollars to highlighting upcoming opportunities in our community. It allows tracking and gives back time to admins by keeping us out of manual spreadsheets!

    I like how responsive the Selflessly team is. They are a young company and very open to hearing and building out needs we have.

    Negative

    There are a few little items for customization we want, but the Selflessly team has been very transparent to progress and updates.

    Summary

    Selflessly's staff are accessible and extremely easy to work with. I'd recommend their platform and company to any other organization looking to build out their CSR.

    Selflessly's product is very easy to use and integrated seamlessly into our existing business processes. The features that are most impactful are the ability to aggregate our volunteer hours and donations across our entire staff.

    Negative

    The software is very comprehensive, but if I had to suggest an additional feature it would be to add an option to upload pictures of volunteers participating in their events/activities.
