I’ve been selling on Amazon for just a few months and decided to give SellerMagnet a go after a few recommendations. I'm genuinely impressed so far. The repricer alone makes it worth it — I wouldn't go back to doing things manually. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars just because I haven’t explored all the features yet (and there’s a lot!). But if you’re starting out and want an all-in-one tool, this is definitely one to try.

- The repricer is brilliant, honestly, I can already see a difference in how often I win the Buy Box.

- Very comprehensive platform, feels like it covers everything an Amazon seller could need.

- Clean design and super intuitive layout, once you get the hang of it.

- There are so many features, I haven’t had the chance to try them all yet.

- Slightly overwhelming at first if you're new to tools like this.

There is considerable room for improvement in several aspects, but their team was very helpful in advising me on the right way to proceed. A special mention goes to Davide who helped me with the setup, with impeccable competence and professionalism. Overall, SellerMagnet is a 9/10 for me

I particularly appreciated the clarity of the information in their financial dashboard, with all the various customizations for better tracking of the net. Also the other tools, combined in a single solution were a pleasant discovery.

As for the listing optimizer, it would be much more convenient to have direct synchronization with Amazon, so that the improvements made thanks to the software are made live immediately.

I've been using SellerMagnet for a full month now, and I have to say I'm very happy with the performance, the things it allows me to do on a daily basis, and the price I pay for my subscription. All this for $18/m, a truly fantastic cost/benefit ratio.

I currently have the plan that includes the analytics dashboard and automated review requests, and I have to say I have everything under control more than before (I was struggling with multiple Excel spreadsheets and couldn't figure it out). Now, this ease of use gives me peace of mind, without the constant worry of having to keep track of everything, etc., and it also gives me more time, especially thanks to the automated review request campaigns I've set up.

None so far, sometimes it just takes a bit to load all data, but that's fine.

Considering the very competitive price compared to the competition on the market, I wasn't expecting so many features, but instead, simply, wow!

In the subscription plan, I have all the features of SellerMagent, having opted for the automatic multi-marketplace repricer. Having a series of tools that integrate seamlessly with each other is fantastic, so having everything in one solution is definitely making a difference for me.

Real-time reporting on orders, margins, and multi-marketplace inventory, SEO listing control, product research to expand the catalog, and automated review requests. I was truly amazed by the value for money offered; it feels strange to say it, but honestly, to have all this, I would pay even more, because the time saved and the simplicity of having everything in a single platform is priceless.

Nothing that i can think of to be honest. I had spotted some minor bugs that were fixed in less than 2 days, so all good!

Furthermore, their repricer works very well; I've been using it for two months (100 SKUs in my catalog) with excellent results. So, well done!

I was immediately pleasantly impressed by the ease of use of the contents and the general UI of the software. I use SellerMagnet mainly for the analytical dashboard on orders and inventory, but I have also started to appreciate a lot the automatic request for reviews (customizable) and the repricer that I am slowly understanding better.
