The main issue I’ve encountered is the email verification service, which sometimes turns out to be less convenient and effective than I would like. I occasionally face false-positive results, leading to additional checks on my part. This can complicate the mailing process and increase the time needed to prepare campaigns.

I think it's one of the best services I used for e-mail marketing. Making newsletters and trigger marketing there is easier than ever. I like It very much. New editor also has a lot of possibilities for personalising your letters and make it looks better than ever.

The project went further than Unisender. I've been using it for over a year and have no intention of changing.

In-depth letter builder with many multimedia features. A very visual preview function and the ability to customise the package of services to be purchased. Also liked that the authors are already implementing neural networks into the service, keep it up with the times.

Minor flaws such no rename function for folders in the bank of uploaded images. Also, the interface does not allow you to go directly to the list of editable emails. This is a bit annoying.

All in all, Selzy is a reliable and user-friendly platform for my email marketing needs. It lets me focus on creating engaging content for my audience, with the added bonus of stellar support. While I hope for more features in the future, like building multiple emails for the same campaign, I'm really happy with what Selzy offers right now.
