We've spent over 5,000 USD in last 2 months with outside IT support to follow-up on ongoing Citrix Portal challenges. SoftDent doesn't care and will not respond to my concerns. They are having staffing troubles and can't keep up or service their legacy accounts.PositiveSame program, same features. Our current policies and systems were built to coordinate with SoftDent features.
NegativeConversion to new Citrix Portal has been terribly disappointing and has frustrated the entire office from front desk team, accounting desk and clinicians. Support tries but is so backed up that they cannot attend to current user challenges. The speed has slowed down to a crawl with little improvement after escalation and tweaking of utility functions.
