What is Sequence?

In January 2018, we initiated the design of Sequence to improve our team’s capabilities and meet the needs of Horizon, the organization that manages Sequence. Serving as the foundation for all of Horizon’s offerings, the Sequence platform includes popular products like Skyweaver, often hailed as "the best blockchain game," and Niftyswap, a decentralized marketplace for web3 collectibles. Users can conveniently access Sequence from various devices such as desktops, mobile phones, or tablets, while developers enjoy the versatility to incorporate Sequence into any screen, game, or decentralized application. The platform automatically displays collectibles with their associated artwork and metadata, making it perfect for both viewing and trading purposes. DAZN Boxing, a service from the global sports entertainment giant DAZN, leverages Sequence Wallet to streamline user onboarding into web3 and to showcase its NFT collections. Moreover, users have the capability to query all token and NFT balances, transaction histories, metadata, and market prices across several EVM chains. The platform also simplifies the process of minting collections and airdropping tokens to communities, fostering greater user engagement and interaction. With its array of comprehensive features, Sequence is designed to optimize the entire management of digital assets, ensuring a seamless experience for all users involved. This approach not only enhances functionality but also positions Sequence as a pivotal tool in the evolving digital landscape.
