    My overall experience was great. This programme has assisted me in growing my business and keeping track of all of my contacts in a fast and effective manner.

    Positive

    1. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and responsive which is one of the best part part of this software.
    2. The User Interface is very beautiful and is very user friendly.
    3. The Software is very affordable and one can easily consider this before other softwares.
    4. We utilise the platform to exchange comments, call recordings, and almost anything else these days. A lot of the labour we used to do has been automated thanks to email and text drip programmes.

    1. The don't offer free trial which I think should be there.
