Every download, scan and export that lands in the wrong folder costs a drag and drop. Rules are made once, in the Rule Wizard, by file name, extension or a pattern (regular expressions allowed), and applied silently ever after; a file no rule covers gets a list of your favourite folders instead. From the context menu you can override or edit a rule, route files into sub-folders by name, and have an existing file in the target renamed instead of overwritten.
