    Summary

    Everyone I've encountered on the ShipHero team has been so helpful. They really want you to succeed and will do there best to assist you where they can. You will see they're more than just a software for your 3PL.

    Positive

    Let's start with the onboarding process. You will be onboarded by a real person with real experience in the 3PL industry. They will walk you through the ins and outs of the program over many video calls until you fully understand how to get going. Once you start using the software you will learn that the ShipHero team has been extremely thorough with the settings of customization they offer. Whether its rate shopping, pick/packing features, warehouse management, or reporting, the options are endless. I was recommended ShipHero by a colleague and I'm glad I made the switch.

    At times the settings/options are daunting however, that could just be a personal learning curve. I have not experienced any other issues...

    Summary

    For managing a mid-sized organization with the logistics software, ship hero works as a charm. It's Picking packing operation and tracking with the courier partners is good. User can customize the operations and wave pickin method is very good for inventory items handling. Its saves cost and time and generate error free environment.

    Positive

    Great to have ship hero in our system. We have to manage books inventory with combo. Its packing slip & Picking slip generation helps the executives to pick the right item and pack it. Its auto integration with shipping partners helps in barcode generation and label generation. All 3PL activities will be done from a single system and auto report generation.

    Negative

    Handheld device should be in the same network for sync. Few shipping partners need to add in the integration part for better experience.
