Seamless integration
Date: Jan 28 2021SummaryVery very happy with our decision to add ShipStation to our eCommerce workflow. Takes the guesswork out of things and allows us to keep our customers updated in real time.
PositiveOur company uses ShipStation integrated with our Lightspeed eCommerce site. Once everything is setup, it works like a charm. Packages are just a few clicks away from being sent and the customer automatically receives the shipping confirmation and tracking information- which we have setup to be sent on our branded landing page. Need to split a shipment? No problem.
NegativeThe only critique I have is that we would love to be able to have the shipping cost automatically add in package insurance for selected items. There are times when the shipping cost exceeds what we have charged the customer- this is typically only when insurance is necessary.

Shipstation
Date: Jul 08 2021SummaryOverall in my opinion with all the features with ShipStation this is one of the best shipping softwares.
PositiveFor small to medium-sized businesses, shipping products can be a logistical headache. ShipStation made it simple for me to track my shipments and swiftly delete them from inventory.
NegativeShipStation should be more user-friendly. It also lacks a robust reporting system. On this platform, I'd like to be able to dive into my sales statistics.
