    Summary

    Above all else, the customer service was amazing. Every time either my co-chair or I called, there was someone who knew what they were doing and could walk us thru to get what we wanted. And our event coordinator was available for Zoom meetings so our whole team could ask questions.

    Positive

    Entering and editing donations was simple.
    Creation of the catalog was easy. We had a beautiful online catalog.
    The after event reports were essential to us for evaluation and reconciliation of the auction.

    Negative

    It was difficult to figure out which of the pulldown sections to use when looking for data.
