Fits our needs, and customer service is great!
Date: Jun 03 2022SummaryWe've used SimpleTix for seven events since February 2021 and are overall very pleased. We're unique in that we do not ever charge for tickets, but we accept donations at checkout, so SimpleTix works exceptionally well for that. Their support team is very responsive to inquiries. I've never found a strong reason to switch to another event ticketing provider.
PositiveExceptional customer service, great end-user interface for our customers, effective ticket-scanning app, efficient event setup process, clean administrator user interface, and the best-possible pricing structure for our operation.
NegativeTicket-scanning app (Event Organizer) can be buggy every once in a while, ticket checkout landing page is not fully customizable, full customer information does not pull in to our payment processing system (Square), not able to pull entire order/attendee list for a single event that has multiple event times (eg, ten events at a single venue over the course of three weeks).

Makes venue setup and ticketing very easy
Date: Apr 10 2022SummaryWe set up our first three events and sold around 500 tickets without any issues. Tickets were issued accurately and payments flowed daily to our authorize.net account.
PositiveEasy to use, not cluttered with excess features. Works well on mobile and PC. Company is responsive to support requests.
NegativeThe prior version (several years ago) had some issues, but the current version works very well and we have no complaints.

They have worked directly with us alongside all our hiccups and created a much easier way for our customers to purchase tickets and special events. They are pleasant to deal with and their support videos are amazing. We are so glad we found them!
PositiveAs our business continues to grow and evolve, we love that SimpleTix is also developing alongside us and continues to help us solve many customer service conundrums we experience. Their system makes is easy for customers to access their tickets and change when needed. Additionally, because we have discounted tickets for certain groups, we like the option of absorbing the fees when appropriate. Lastly, when creating new events, or even when a rare snow-day comes up, having the
flexibility of turning on/off ticketing is amazing & super easy.NegativeSimpleTix is still undergoing a lot of development and is a constant work in progress, however, as mentioned, that's also a pro. There are occasionally things we would like to do that SimpleTix can't accomplish (yet) such as having automatic membership renewals or adding pdf forms to certain purchases. Their customer support is usually very timely but sometimes there is a delay in support or communication.

OMG - So Fabulous!
Date: Nov 30 2022SummaryThis platform is super easy to use, and the support is amazing. It is kind of like ask and you shall receive. Every time I've reached out about a feature or question it is addressed quickly, and they even have integrated requests for features. Not years later, but weeks. I've used other platforms for my clients to set up event registrations and this is by far the better platform. I hate to gush too much, but it really is a great platform.

Great product and team!
Date: Feb 23 2022SummaryFantastic! I needed help after 5pm EST and their CEO reached out and called me after hours, great customer service.
PositiveTeam was responsive and helpful with questions, new interface was clean and easy to use. I really like the feature of being able to import guests and then being able to find your attendees and resend/download the ticket if they cannot find them. The easy entry app is great to use and tracks everyone you scan in.
NegativeNeeded to have their team customize the ticket design- we couldn't do that ourselves. Tickets do end up landing in junk email folders after being sent out.
