    Very positive. This is definitely a great new solution in a market that everybody needs to evaluate.

    Positive

    The platform is extremely user-friendly. You really get what they are promising - a consumer-like experience. Easy to navigate, easy to operate. I really like the onboarding, even though it is a little bit undefined but it was productive, friendly, and tailored to our business.
    We are CPG brand owners but I think this platform fits to distributors of CPG even more as the functionality here is very strong. Managing and expanding retail store contacts on this platform with a mobile app is very easy - my favorite one.

    Negative

    Communication (customer service) is friendly and helpful however kinda fragmented as they do not have too many people to do it. They did not have an import data feature yet but it is in progress already. In general, the platform is new and you can find some minor issues here and there but improvements are also got delivered fast.

    Our beverage brand has self distribution, and SD helps us a lot in all areas. With check in/out functions we can see the situation on the “field. Adding photos and comments helps a lot in the management of each individual store.

    Time and money saver. Offline mode is a huge plus, since in Manhattan poor connection sometimes could be a big problem.
