Constant problems integrating with QuickBooks
Date: Jul 28 2021SummarySo far this is great for technicians, but creates more work in the office and inaccurate accounts receivable.
PositiveGreat direct invoicing from SkyBoss to customer. Easy to reference invoices and go to them for details.
NegativeSkyBoss often fails to import invoices to QuickBooks when they are in a Completed status, and conversely will import an estimate or a progress invoice for a job not completed. If an invoice for a non-complete imports and is deleted, the invoice will never import when it does complete. There is no option to change an invoice's date from the created date to the completed date, so it makes managing Accounts Receivable difficult. SkyBoss only has one support specialist for QuickBooks integration (Judy) and she is overloaded and cannot respond promptly.
