Overall, SkyPrep has been an invaluable tool for streamlining our training programs. While improvements in bulk content management would enhance efficiency, SkyPrep overall has dramatically simplified our training processes, improved compliance, and saved significant administrative time.

Here are three areas where SkyPrep LMS could improve:

Bulk Content Management: Updating or uploading large volumes of content can be cumbersome. A more streamlined batch-upload feature or content library management tool would save time, especially for organizations with extensive training libraries.

Advanced Gamification Options: While basic gamification exists, adding customizable achievements, enhanced leaderboard settings, and more interactive elements could further boost learner engagement, particularly for long-term training programs.

Deeper Analytics and Predictive Insights: Although reporting is robust, advanced analytics on learner behaviour and predictive insights would be valuable for identifying potential gaps in training effectiveness and making proactive adjustments.

This is a great eLearning platform which fits are needs very well. Training always pays you back and this product fits well with our company. We have reduced turnover in the short term because our employees are more prepared for their on-the-job learning.

AI features allowed us to set up customer scenarios which employees are likely to face with a real-life guest. We can monitor these scenarios ahead of time before the employee gets in front of our guests.

Integrations were difficult, but it wasn't always the fault of SkyPrep.

We offer training to customers, we create courses and test to monitor learning process and effectiveness. We manage users' path of learning, we create detailed reports on the effectiveness of the learning process. Enhancing Skill Development in our customers' staff we get better relationships and satisfaction. The platform is reliable and easy to use.

My team implemented the platform in a very short time. It guarantees us a top level management of the Learning Management system. It's very easy to produce any report we need and we can take data-drive decisions on every aspect of the training process and the business development in this area of activity.

Nothing to say about this, the new CMS gives great solutions for content creation and management, thus solving a former area of improvement.

From our initial sales call to signing the contract, SkyPrep customer service was the best. SkyPrep has all the feature we want.

Assessment tracking and grading could have better functionality.

Overall, I've been SUPER satisfied. The amount of customer technical issues has dropped over 90% from our last system, and honestly, the ones that remain are typically user error and things out of SkyPrep's control. They don't over complicate it, are friendly, reasonable and happy to meet the needs of customers that do things a little differently.

Setting up courses compared to other systems we have used in the past (I demo'd several before settling on this, and this was our 4th LMS system over the past decade) was SUPER easy! While our unique requirements did require some specific adjustments, they were very eager to assist and made the process pretty seamless. Additionally, they provided us with video calls where they would walk me through certain settings and setup to make sure everything met our specific needs. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and have it almost fully to our custom settings often times in under an hour!

They don't have 24 hour customer support which does make it a little harder if there is a tech issue after hours or on a holiday, BUT if there is a major system shutdown they will still be responsive, and luckily, we really don't have any system issues. I would just make sure to avoid timing your initial rollout over their holidays as support will be limited if you experience a learning curve.

SkyPrep is a great LMS platform, and the team there is amazing to work with. They say they are the “LMS without the Mess”, and this is completely accurate! We have received nothing but positive feedback from our team members using SkyPrep. As an administrator, I can say that I have never received any help requests from any of my team members, which is a sign of how uncomplicated the system is to use.

Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you.

Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro.

My overall experience so far would be completely satisfied with the layout ease of adding participants and following the progress of my our learning but also staffs progress and problem areas.

Know quiz scores to inform me of further training needed. SkyPrep is a very useful platform.

Overall, our experience with SkyPrep has been great! The customer service we have received from the company itself has been wonderful. They are always quick to respond and provide lots of assistance when needed, especially during the implementation and rollout of the system when we started a few years ago. Great company and great software! Would highly recommend to any smaller-sized business looking to move their training to online.

The system is extremely user-friendly. We have a very diverse workforce when it comes to age, and we have hardly had any issues with employees not being able to complete their training. We have also been able to streamline our training processes, so everything has become very consistent across the board, thanks to all of our training and development being placed into this system.

The ILT function does not work well with Microsoft Teams, unfortunately. We are unsure if it is on SkyPrep's side or Microsoft's side, but the integration between the two platform disconnects each time we try and hold a live training session. Fortunately we are still able to use Zoom, however as a company that relies mostly on Teams for communication, this has become a slight headache.

The sales process was not pushy, the product met all my initial criteria, and support has been second no other.

Once I understood how to use the features, it was fantastic. When they say that SkyPrep is the LMS without the mess, they really mean it.

Learning curve was steeper than I had anticipated. But, all good things, right?

I would definitely recommend SkyPrep LMS for companies looking to improve their training experience for their staff.

The SkyPrep platform is simple and friendly to use for managers and learners. It gave our company an opportunity to present more professional and engaging content for our staff. Since we started using SkyPrep in 2016 we have been able to add additional content and material for our franchisees and coaches. The SkyPrep platform is continually improved and enhanced with additional functionality.

Whilst the platform is fantastic, it is not a one-stop shop platform for a franchising company and requires us to use a different CRM for managers and learners.

I'm extremely pleased with SkyPrep. I have had experience with "more robust" LMS's but they are often too complicated for the average user and can easily turn-off engagement. With SkyPrep, admins are empowered and users instantly know what they need to do.

No cons, just a wish-list item. I wish that there was a QR system to be able to pull up and see what certifications and licensures an employee has/had.

Overall outstanding experience. Has met all of my expectations and beyond. Have been able to successfully pass major regulatory audits by using the versatility of the platform to showcase training and performance of my department.

Very simple, clean, and versatile product to use for non-IT administrators. Excellent platform for any organization that has a large sector of business partners that require company training.

Not applicable. Have not encountered any aspects that I do not like. I would like to see a Mobile App that can be downloaded by users in the field. Would also like to see training course OJT evaluation and audit functions added.

SkyPrep is great! I have used other systems as an administrator and there isn't a difficulty in navigating the system or the need to remember extra steps to remember how to find something. It flows better than other systems. Even for a user, it's easy to find their courses and certificates.
Disclaimer: I don't know much about the pricing as its handled by another department but from what I have heard it's reasonable.

Originally when I started using it, I didn't like how you had to jump between different pages to see uploaded files and your courses. But since the new update that extra step was eliminated and it flows more easily to get your specific files.

This could be a user error (my error) but when locating courses, I usually have to search within the list of courses. Not sure if it's possible, but if there is a way to create a dashboard for the admin to se the courses they built, that would be phenomenal.

I think it was a great experience overall. It made it very easy to get all our into in one place. It also has a great formatting making it easy for the trainees to use.

I liked how easy it was to integrate our training into the SkyPrep LMS. I also liked how there's the ability to create assessments to check the knowledge of our trainees at any given point.

It took me a little while to find out how to grade the assessments for the short answer questions.

Generally really great product and service, especially for smaller to midsize organizations. We've been using SkyPrep close to 10 years now.

Doesn't track progress within modules like slides, videos (precisely what time), PDFs, etc.

I love how easy this software is to use from both an ADMIN and Learner perspective. It's quite intuitive and if you're not really sure how to do something, you will likely figure it out just by playing around in the LMS or accessing their many help articles.

It's difficult for a user to locate the certificate for their Learning Path. Locating individual certificates is easy, but to locate the master certificate so to speak, it's not well placed.

Incredible. Anytime there is a feature or something we wish we had, SkyPrep works hard to get that feature to us and usually makes it better than we could have imagined.
