    It is the least expensive for our business and it has greatly increased customer satisfaction by keeping in-touch at all times and being accessible. Slaask has done a lot for our company's image.

    It does not require too much training since it is very easy to use and one can easily get in touch with it fast.

    It is a very great platform when it comes to communication since every employee can join a conversation in a secure way.
    Also it is very easy to set up based on topics and schedules.

    The only dislike i have towards it, is that it does not have the search button which sometimes becomes hectic when in need of searching something, therefore it should improve on that.
