We have been using SmartSign2go from from more than 2 years in our finance business to display various offerings and incentives on the LCD monitors in our business premise and other display options throughout our offices. And we are getting a good customer response based on it, so in my opinion this tool has been helping us in our day to day business to make us more customer friendly. Pricing of the tool is quite suitable for our business as it costs a fraction of amount that we generate using it.

We love the way we can engage our customers with the smart signs that we can display at our various offices. It comes with many clean and attractive templates which makes our offerings even more promising with the help of live pictures and movable wallpapers. We receive a great appreciation from our customers about these signs that we display using smart signs. The best part of it is we can control all the signs from one place sitting at office and display a range of signs and templates on different offices as required. Their customer support team has been very helpful from helping us in setting up the tool to its day to day uses.

There's been no such thing that I can recall of that I don't like about the tool. Its a simple tool and we like the functionalities.

Overall it's a great help to our organisation. We as a coaching institute, have to show different types of courses and offerings with offer price which can be managed and customized easily makes it more interesting. This is a great digital signage tool which makes our daily work easier with smart display feature in it.

With SmartSign2go, we are able to display our company's info, our product description, our schemes, our plans and various other things at the LCD monitor kept outside our offices at various locations. With SmartSign2go, we are able to show curated contents on the display and customize the display as per need to make it more engaging. This tool is a great help to our business.

Pricing can be costly for small businesses as it charges $200-$400 for the physical device to setup and get started with. That's a little concern for small business.

I compared a number of different models. I am a small business owner and this is the best option across the board. Functionality, options, programming, and services. Definitely the right choice for your digital display! Support was amazing and their platform is so easy. Makes for the perfect instore digital display to add a new source of advertising.

The only negative thing I will say is that we had an old model tv and it does not work well with these. If you have HD 1080P......their system is perfect!

The player looks like it's made of quality material, the portal to load everything is kind of user friendly I wouldn't say it's for beginners more for intermediate however the customer support was pretty good. However I did find an alternative that better suited my needs and gave me the incentive to make money opposed to costing me a monthly subscription.

Using this box and SmartSign2Go software for my Real Estate Office. Easy to setup and easy to use. I hit one small bump and tech support was great.

I cannot think of anything. The only thing is I had some issues in the initial setup in the beginning however it was all resolved after contacting their customer service.

The first system I used for in house advertising. This time we are using it to scroll donors names on our recognition wall. Really versatile.

This is now the second system I have installed in my workplaces. It is so easy to use and so adaptable!

We have been using these across our portfolio and are very pleased! The functionality is vast and it is always increasing with new updates! You can view, in real-time, what is being played which is AMAZING if you are remote or have multiple players. There were some kinks, in the beginning, to work out - such as format size, etc. but once those were figured out, we have not had any issues! We had such a great experience, that we started out with the smaller version and upgraded it. Also, any email to support is answered extremely quickly!

The remote access to view real-time what is playing is fantastic when you are a remote user with multiple locations.

Nothing on the user side. The set up is a little labor intensive if you have to run lines to this device, but that is to be expected.

I love our digital signage! We have been able to communicate with the member's of our 24 hour gyms without being there 24/7. And we know that people are reading it, because we are being approached by members asking about our promotions. Also, the customer service is amazing. I have sent messages in the evening or on weekends with almost instant response. I highly recommend them!
