    Summary

    Everyone is so nice. The customer service team is so helpful and responsive! Also, their architecture review feature makes it easy to collaborate with everyone on the team, including the board of directors and committee members.

    Positive

    The database is easy to use, which makes training easy! Violation drives are so quick with Smartwebs; their offline app is a God send because you don't have to connect to wifi and they have an auto mailing feature.

    Negative

    They don't have any AI features, which isn't the end of the world but it would be cool.
