    Summary

    I’m enjoying using Snapfix app, this is showing we going forward. Also I like a design and is so much easy to use.

    Positive

    Is so much easy to use to report all the issues. Issue is going quickly to our maintenance team and can be quick resolved. Also o like to use Snapfix because o can do this from any place in the building and is saving so much time because I can use from my mobile phone and don’t have to walk to the office.

    Negative

    I don’t like when that I can’t edit anything. For example if I have issue and sometimes I have mixed room number I can not delete or delete what I have post it on.

    It has been a great addition to the hotel teams since day one. Have very issues with it and any that have come up were dealt with swiftly by the support team.

    The main thing I like is the ease of use.. Everything is straightforward and easy to navigate. Using it in a hotel environment all departments have dedicated groups for daily checklists for jobs that arise during the day, all in one app.

    I have enjoyed the simplicity of this program. I needed something simple since we have few on the maintenance staff.

    This app is easy to use where all users have little trouble with submitting requests. It is best used with smartphones but can be used on the web.

    The app tends to log people out periodically which causes some to be discouraged.

    Summary

    Since signing up with Snapfix, Croke Park has been able to benefit significantly from improved reporting mechanisms on nonurgent, reactive maintenance tasks. In the time using the application, we have been able to encourage cross-department communication via the platform which has consolidated previous reporting channels via emails, SMS, phone calls, etc. Snapfix has also allowed for improved record-keeping on the types of issues being raised which allows us to direct and manage resources more effectively. We look forward to working with Snapfix in the future and exploring more of the application's benefits and features.

    App interface, ease of use, speed of communication and delegation, and use of pictures and text allow for concise and speedy delegation of tasks.

    Negative
