The service charge is calculated on the gross value of tickets, memberships and merchandise an organisation processes through Spektrix. We do not charge on donations.

There’ll never be additional charges for tools and support, and there are no upfront costs for moving to Spektrix, either.

    Summary

    This system is the biggest headache. It takes me MONTHS to train new staff to use this software. I've talked to other administrators who also use this system, and everyone agrees it's horrible to use.

    Positive

    Friendly support staff, that's all I can say that's nice about this system. Live support is usually helpful.

    Negative

    The system is confusing, limits ticketing opportunities, makes the company website hard to navigate. Even the support staff I can call gets confused and doesn't always know how to help me.
