Spokes is a complete, private, self-hosted communication platform designed for friend groups, families, and small teams. It provides a simple alternative to cloud apps like Discord and Slack while keeping 100% of your data on your own hardware.

Everything runs inside a single lightweight Docker container with no external database required:
- Real-time text channels, private DMs, and native GIF support
- Low-latency LiveKit voice and video rooms with built-in noise cancellation
- Shared photo albums for organizing high-resolution group pictures
- Built-in group event calendar and availability tracking
- Free native iOS and Android apps with end-to-end encrypted push notifications
- Built-in Casdoor identity provider with full external OIDC / SSO support
- Optional password-encrypted channels

Price Overview:
The self-hosted server is free, with unlimited users and channels and free web/PWA notifications. Spokes Pass is a one-time purchase: $45 per instance for one year or $70 per instance for two years, unlocking native mobile push. Each server receives a two-month push trial; there is no per-user fee. Pass purchases are non-refundable.
