    LOTS of complaints from our customer users of the software and after constant continuous contact with customer support, still not resolved! HORRIBLE!

    Nothing everything is BAD!!! the interface is from 20 years ago, hard to use and understand. Users can't log in.

    EVERYTHING! interface is from 20 years ago, old and clunky, hard to navigate. customer service is super incompetent. users have to re register each time, and most of the users are rejected and can't log on.

    Excellent wifi management and wifi marketing solution

    Start Hotspot software adapts to any kind of environment and it is very effective in different scenarios. We have covered a couple of wifi locations in town, for example, in the local shopping mall we use marketing campaign login, and we collect customers data like name, phone, and email. The email marketing option automatically sends a welcome email to the customer and offers a coupon for a nearby shop.
    Additionally, we've placed video ads on the welcome page that appear after the splash login page, so this way we show ads for almost all stores in the mall (more precisely, for all stores that pay for advertising).

    Start Hotspot is a multi-functional software, we found it ideal for combining guest wifi network control and wifi marketing in our enterprises. It is very easy to work, since I can access the Start Hotspot portal even from my phone browser.

    No cons, I'm very satisfied.
    A couple of small issues during the initial app setup are quickly solved by their support team and everything is fine now.

Start Hotspot has a development team that works hard to consistently find improvements to the portal, ensuring it stays ahead of the competition. They always evolving and develop new features for the better of the customer. The support team is always ready to help when troubleshooting or explaining the features.
