Wish there was more customizations for designing email marketing & pop-ups.

Plug and play capability is great. The user interface is intuitive and provides plenty of explanation for anyone that needs a little assistance. We've collect contact info from over 1,000 guests in the past 2 years, which has allowed me to scale my direct bookings and bring back happy guests to stay at our properties.

I have run into an issue that required technical support due to the way the existing network was configured, but StayFi's support team helped me resolve it quickly.

Setting up the flow of a 300 day funnel will take a longer than it is. I want to separate the funnel by property, but it's taking longer than it is.

I've been very impressed with the CRM tools and integrations provided by StayFi to capture every guest's email beyond just the booker by offering Guest WiFi, Portal, and Upsell options. I've increased the reach for direct bookings. Highly recommend StayFi!

Access point pricing per unit and not capturing higher wifi speeds compared to ethernet speeds

Overall i have been very happy with StayFi. Even though right now i only collect emails and haven't started marketing i am happy with the product.

The hardware setup and online set up could not be easier. It was a breeze and i felt really comfortable doing it.

I always like to save money, so i do wish i spent less a month. That being said if you are good at your email marketing this is pennies compared to the bookings you'd bring in.

My short term rental was de-listed on Airbnb last October. It was re-listed afterwards but I knew I couldn’t be solely dependent on OTRa. I build a website and contacted my previous guests through my StayFi mailing list letting them know of the direct booking modality. I have over 100 email contacts on my StayFi mailing list.

On very rare occasions I’ve seen guest balk at signing in with their email address. But that small minority doesn’t seem to understand that they can opt out of marketing.
