    Like an iPhone for stock trading bot

    My overall experience has been positive. Although I've used this app for only a month, I was able to achieve a win/loss ratio of about 70% as a beginner myself. I think I will improve as I get to know more about automated trading. StockHero really helps enthusiast like myself get a foot into automated trading in a positive way.

    Simply loving the simplicity. Unlike many others that are flooded with many features that confound myself, StockHero presents the most commonly used features in a user-friendly way. I think new users will not be overwhelmed by StockHero.

    The only gripe I have is to have more indicators in addition to their existing six. Otherwise, I am good with their existing set of signals.

    Summary

    My overall experience has been pleasant actually. What separates a mediocre product and a great product is the customer service experience. StockHero does not disappoint in that regard. In terms of trading, StockHero has worked without a single fault. It is amazing considering how another software I've tried is quite buggy.

    I love their customer service team. Their responses have been very thorough and had helped me with the onboarding experience. StockHero interface design is modern, intuitive and does not overwhelm me at all. Their bots cover many of the strategies used by our trading team saving us precious coding time!

    Negative

    Their Android app design is a bit different from their iOS app. Sometimes, finding a feature takes more effort due to the inconsistent UIs.

    An excellent product that does not break your bank!

    Summary

    When I first started on StockHero, it was quite an easy onboarding process. Their UI is pretty smooth. Everything just makes sense in terms of which buttons go where, etc. I believe this product has the potential to be a global hit if the team can create features catered to advanced traders as well. But, so far, I am loving it.

    Almost everything. StockHero has all the common strategies like DCA and Grid built into an easily consumed user-interface. I was able to configure my "secret sauce" trade parameters into the bots easily. Another thing is that their pricing is not expensive at all. There are other inferior products that are priced many times more.

    Negative

    StockHero features are really good for beginner to intermediate traders. However, certain settings are missing that in my point of view are often used by advanced traders. I've communicated this shortcomings to their team and they told me to wait for their next version to be released in Jan 2023. We shall see if they do better.

    Powerful Yet Simple To Use

    Summary

    First of all, the bot that I rented from their Marketplace made profitable trades for me. So far, it has been 100% profitable. Hence, I would like to give this app a good review. I tried others and none can come close to what StockHero has accomplished in terms of strategy and the user-interface. I love the clean UI and how it does not intimidate me when I first tried the app. Anyway, I am in the Venture Capital industry and does my own trading.

    - They have iOS app which is great

    Negative

    Their User Guide should be more detailed on the technical indicators. It would be good for users to know more about them.
