I shout my love of StreamYard from the rooftops - and most recently in a national marketing conference. This platform, and the team behind it, is the absolute best.

I was initially petrified of livestreaming as I had never done it within my professional career. StreamYard makes it simple to learn, and the incredible resources, learnings, trainings, and community gives you plenty of chances to continue to learn and develop your expertise.

I wish the pro-plan was cheaper - having two producers backstage would be so helpful!

StreamYard is easy to use for both operators and guests. It gives a high level feel to a simple live stream set up.

The ease of use is unmatched . Multi destination streams, high end appearance and all done from a browser window!

I would love to be able to have the background showing with a singe speaker present. As well, the ability to increase the size of the name plates.

I love my SY and the SY family for keeping us updated via townhall and other vlogs in helping us to be more effective SY users.

The PROs are :
1. They make live Streaming very user friendly
2. Very customer-oriented and open to suggestion
3. Simple and minimalist
4. Adaptable to changes

My few Cons:
1. Background Music is long overdue
2. Give more pricing discount to loyal customer

SY makes you look like a professional even if you only use a small percentage of their features. I had zero experience using a streaming platform and was able to figure it out very quickly.

At the start of the pandemic, we had 3 weeks to pivot our in-person event and StreamYard made it easy.

Would be great to have compiled analytics from the social media platforms.

When Covid happened I decided to start a YouTube channel to try and help jobseekers find a new job during the most difficult of times. Through that channel I have been able to help thousands and thousands of people. None of it could’ve been possible without StreamYard. I had never recorded a video on YouTube or any other social media platform before I started this endeavor. Thanks to StreamYard we now have almost 300 videos out there and the response to our channel has been amazing. I credit StreamYard with helping me help so many others during these difficult times through their amazing product.

There are lots of broadcast studio options available for people wanting to live stream or record videos. That being said I don’t think that there are any that are as good of a value as StreamYard is. StreamYard is constantly making the product better, giving advice to its users, and making the product so user-friendly that anyone could utilize it. It is by far one of the best investments I have made for my business and my YouTube channel. I would recommend stream yard to anyone to try, you will not be disappointed.

I really can’t think of any cons of the product. It is so easy to use with so many features it is just amazing.

I started using StreamYard back on March 2020 and I immediately loved how easy-to-use it was, as opposed to streaming right from the social network, this platform didn’t require tech skills to work seamlessly.

It’s been almost two years since the first webinar I made through StreamYard and during this time there has been a lot of improvements and new features added. The developers are constantly innovating and listening to the customer’s feedback.

I’ve reached to their Customer Support team a few times, and they always respond promptly and with a great attitude.

As for the brand personalization options, I wish we could add our personal fonts, but so far the current themes are great and can get you a long way.

My boss has asked me to research other live-streaming platforms to see if we can find a better option, but the price-point, overall features, flexibility and ease-of-use that StreamYard offers cannot be compared!

- Anyone can quickly set up and start using this tool, no previous tech skills required.
- Hassle-free access for my guests
- I can see comments and reply back right from Streamyard, I don’t need to jump between platforms while streaming.
- The new feature to livestream a pre-recorded video is amazing!
- You can have a lot of “cameras” and give your videos a professional look, just by connecting more smartphones to the stream.

- The brand personalization is limited
- StreamYard lacks a music/audio playing feature
- When you stream to two or more channels of the same social network, the Comments section doesn’t specify from which channel the comments are coming from.

StreamYard is not only a great piece of software, but its customer service is fantastic and beyond compare.

I've been using StreamYard for a year and a half for my nonprofit employer. I started using it because it was easy to learn, allowed us to brand our livestreams as our own (on the paid plans), was inexpensive, and most importantly - it worked consistently.

Since then I've become active in the StreamYard Facebook Group, where I have learned an incredible amount. Between the other users and the amazing SY staff who offer tutorials, tips, tricks, equipment knowledge, etc., we've been able to up our livestreaming game and keep ahead of our peers, and I've found a niche of digital marketing that I love. I now stream virtual and hybrid galas, symposiums, and other in-person events. I have recorded interviews to edit into short videos for social media, too.

There have been a couple of times that a SY competitor has offered features I'd like to use (analytics, hotkeys), but SY continues to develop new features at the request of their customers, and not only are those exact features coming soon but SY has features their competitors do not.

I have referred several of my friends to Streamyard.

I love how simple it is to use and it's very robust.

I do not have the ability to place music in Streamyard.

I like that I am able to use StreamYard to go live into our Facebook Ministry Page & YouTube Page I find it so easy to use I have ADHD and I can honestly say that I have not struggled in figuring out how to do this and that. I did have a hiccup regarding download but the crew was awesome and walked me through peace a cake! I love that StreamYard also has different topics and different shows that come on like Melanie, Christian I can't name them all but I find that to be very informative cause we learn something new from each one of them. Puddles is the Man hands down lol He's the Spark that is needed for StreamYard Whoop Whooop

I can't Complain At All Well just a tad bit I was so comfy with not having to even give it a thought about having to be limited with the saving of my lives However I like the option of being able to delete old ones to make room for me without having to go in my pocket cause can I Keep It Real I'm on a Super Tight Budget I already pay $25 a month so I think this should remain unlimited for us that pay!

My overall experience with StreamYard has been entirely positive I happily recommend them to anyone who asks (and sometimes even those who do not ask [ :D ] )

1. There was absolutely no learning curve. I had been struggling to learn OBS when a friend told me about StreamYard. It was love at first stream. I actually started telling others about it on the first try. I had never streamed before.
2. It was the first company I had come across where you could do lots of stuff in their free package without compromising the stream. I mean 20 hours of streaming per month was awesome
3. The customer support, whether you were using the free version or not was great
4. StreamYard Town Hall - engaging the customer.

There is not much that I do not like about StreamYard. I think what I don't like is what I would like to do but cannot - such as:
1 - sort my scheduled streams in order of scheduled broadcast dates instead of created dates
2. Be able to setup recurring dates for my streams

StreamYard is not only simple to use but incredibly versatile. I love that you can upload backgrounds, overlays, logos, & videos. I especially like that you help us learn about new features with your YouTube tutorials. Thx for creating a great program.

This program is so easy to use. Simple log into your account, choose your stream locations, and you are ready to go. No tech to battle with. It’s truly that easy.

Gosh with the constant new features that the StreamYard crew keep adding it's hard to come up with any cons. One feature that I’d love to see is to have a different colors for my main onscreen banners from the ticker banner… so we can have a two tone effect.

I just love to use this its totally easy to use and it's really awesome app for productive talks and connecting to the world.

We can now connect with many guests in just one place for organizing such kind of great and productive discussions, conferences, workshops as well as webinars. I just love this.

I liked all but I think like background and logo facility should be available for all in free mode so that max people can enjoy it
via this way lots of people will love to use this app.

My overall experience is that the service i get with StreamYard is great and lots of cool features.

Everything is incredible. It's so Easy to use and the support is great.

Without StreamYard I probably would have stopped doing live shows, StreamYard makes it so easy and they keep adding features that make it easier and help make it look professional.

I think price could be slightly lower or offer deals to people who have been using StreamYard for a while.

I’ve been using StreamYard for about a year now and love it. I came from a school that taught me OBS and it was just too complicated. StreamYard allows me to seamless run my live production that I do 5 days/week with my 3 other cohosts that live in different parts of the country. On top of that, they are always improving and getting better. After every broadcast, the site allows me to rate the quality of StreamYard and asks for improvements and every single thing I’ve asked for, has been addressed in the StreamYard Town Hall and then gets fixed.

Really wonderful. It’s simple to set up. It’s easy to use every show. My guests love it too. A solid product that anyone can use to host a livestream or just record videos.

In looking for a tool to live stream, I stumbled upon Streamyard very early in their lifecycle, and they were really good. Over the last 18 months, they’ve gotten even better.

From making it easy to produce the show with just me, to offering a one click solution for my tech not-so-savvy guests, to giving me an MP3 file I can use in my audio only version of my podcast GerbyCasts, StreamYard does it all for me. Recently they even added 50 hours of storage which is 100 hours of my 30 minute show, which is outstanding as I used to forget to download the audio file in 7 days.

The only thing I wish they would do would be to make it super easy for my guests to also livestream on their channels.

It is the ideal tool for those who do not want to complicate their streaming life, but without sacrificing the quality of the show.

It allows multistreaming in a very simple way, with great stability and with a totally professional appearance.

Even if you don't have the best computer in the world or the fastest internet connection, with StreamYard you can stream to several networks simultaneously without any problem.

It does not allow to add videos with transparent background, nor formats such as .mov .webm

Only 1 audio channel per participant is allowed.

It does not allow adding background music or sound effects.

An excellent product, with fabulous support. StreamYard listens to its users. Very reliable. A great product for both its users and guests.

StreamYard gives professional reliable multi streams with all types of devices. Good for newbies & experienced people alike. It makes it very easy for even those with a minimal technical experience to log on and join a broadcast.

StreamYard is very in-tune with its users, and listens strongly to customer feedback in implementing new features and tweaking its product. The recent addition of hotkeys has been one of many changes which its user base have asked for and it has provided, which now means the service is compatible with StreamDeck and similar products.

StreamYard is also very cost-effective, and has an inexpensive price point.

StreamYard really helped me come into my own during lockdown and broadcast a professional looking weekly live show to different platforms without a glitch. This used a combination of desktop and mobile devices. Without StreamYard this wouldn't have been possible.

Another single camera view showing background is needed, as the current single cam view takes up the full screen. The addition to switching between overlays would be a welcome addition to the hotkeys setup, along with the ability to turn on/off mics and cameras other than your own.

1. The best technical support and fastest responses of anyone on the planet!
2. It is very easy to use and easy to manipulate with WONDERFUL options for great Livestreaming.
3. It streams to multiple platforms at once.
4. Inserting uploaded videos is super simple.

I don't like that I can't directly use Stream Deck.

If you do streaming videos and want a more professional look, this is the single tool that can help you accomplish that.

StreamYard has allowed us to really up our game when it comes to communicating with stakeholders. We get regular comments on how professional our efforts are. I'm anxious to see new features unfold.

None. I wish it had more squeeze zoom-type features, but there are no cons to this product.
