    The most valuable part of Stride is the support. Our account manager, Christian, works closely with us all year to help us maximize the platform and keep pushing our events forward.

    I work for a county fair in Iowa and this company is AMAZING!!!! It does everything you could ever want for putting on a large event! I was so excited to have our sponsorships live so we could send out mass sponsorship info and not have to worry about limited sponsorships having duplicate entries! I also love that you can automatically sent the business a invoice and we don't have to create our own. Another thing i LOVE is the volunteer sign up! We we were doing our signup on Signup Genius and the list of jobs and shifts were over 10 pages long to scroll through. The way Stride Events has it set up so you can select a job and then see the shifts makes it SO much more user friendly and our team is loving it! Lastly, we had a subscrition to Constant Contact for our mass emails. We were able to get rid of that as well because this company has that included as well!! And it automatically categorizes all your email lists so you can select who you are sending too! I forgot to also mention all the awesome features like particpant signsup we use for all of our events and activities as well as vendor signups! It tracks and does absolutely EVERYTHING you could want AND it is all FREE!!!!!!! It is so amazing you would think it is too good to be true, because that is what i thought when i recieved the sales call, but it was worth my time to look into if all this was as good as it sounds, and I am SO glad i did! Trevor has been AMAZING and if the site doesn't do something you want it to do. He sends it on to their developers or lets us talk to the CEO to make it even better! The customer service has been amazing! I recommend this to every big fair and event out there!!

    None. It is all so amazing! The only recommendation i had was to collect mailing addresses when sponsors submit their info so we can send them thank you cards and they are working on adding that!

    Stride events has helped our business grow tremendously. We started offering electronic ticketing with QR codes at our events to offer our customers a quicker option for using a credit/debit card to purchases tickets. We moved to a handheld tablet with a card reader to use "tap and pay" to make it even faster. We now have 4 kiosk systems where our customers can quickly get into our event with ease. We could not be happier with their platform and customer service is always available to help when needed. I don't know what we did without them!!!

    We had a very positive experience with Stride Events for our 2026 film festival. Louis and the team are incredibly responsive and immediately answered the few times we had any issues. I would highly recommend them.

    The interface was easy to use for setup, ticket redemption at the box office, and for the customer. What was really helpful since we are a nonprofit, was patrons could also make donations in addition to purchasing tickets. The ticket reader was easy to use and was sent directly to our office.

    The interface to upload graphics for tickets was a bit challenging and I wish we had more options.

    I loved the fact our Account Manager KJ made everything seamless. The product itself replaced 5 systems we were using before Square, PayPal, Signups Genius, our own Website store, and Ticketleap. It's all under one umbrella for our ticket sales, volunteers, and registration. Plus as an admin I can give our team access to the parts they only need. It's even been great for our registrants, so easy to use!

    The only thing I don't like is that changes to the registration questions have to be disabled and cannot be erased. It ends up making the admin page for it look messy if you've made mistakes like I have.

    The representative from Stride took care of all the potential confusion spots in getting set up (which happened wonderfully fast). I was able to make the switch in about 48 hours and I started noticing streamlined sales quite quickly. Without the representative's help it would have been challenging to learn to navigate. As it is, I feel like Stride is literally part of my event team with a real person attached.

    The analytics and clear financial statements are sovereign for record-keeping. I can customize just about anything which is great! It allows me to offload otherwise time-consuming tasks and focus creatively on my event and on my team.
