I had the absolute best support experience with Oleksii Fedinchyk! I had multiple questions and issues, and Oleksii dedicated the ENTIRE day to help me out. He didn't just provide copy-paste answers; he truly went above and beyond. I was struggling with several email elements, and Oleksii took the time to personally address each one. He even created videos to explain everything thoroughly, working tirelessly from morning until 11 PM.

One of the problems I encountered was particularly severe and challenging to resolve. Instead of brushing me off, Oleksii invested over half an hour of his time, even staying beyond his work hours to ensure the issue was fixed. His dedication and commitment were outstanding.

Oleksii is an incredible individual. If everyone in customer support were as dedicated and helpful as he is, the industry would never have a bad reputation. Stripo, please consider promoting or rewarding Oleksii. Employees like him MUST be recognized and appreciated. He truly is the best!

Perfectly styled emails with all the identity elements. And no more “groundhog days” when you build a header or footer again and again. A modules library is a simple yet genius solution. Craft unique creative content instead of routine.

As a marketer, I can say, and you will agree, that brand style is essential. So when we moved our activities to the Stripo platform, I was impressed with an option called Brand Guidelines. No more need to work hard measuring millimeters of logo and to seek for a required font for text. Just “introduce” your brand website by sharing the link with Stripo, and you’ll immediately receive a set of your guidelines. Color scheme, logo, and even fonts. Another outstanding feature is Stripo Modules Library. Saved the constantly repeating parts like the header and footer, then reused them forever!

Uh, this one is diehard to answer :) A joke. Seriously, the answer is simple: no weaknesses have been detected until now.

- When recipients forward email sometimes the layout is broken. Some spaces are added between blocks. But I found a workaround: use one "stripe" for the whole content.
