    Summary

    Overall a great product at a great price point that is easy to use for applicants, reviewers, and administrators.

    Positive

    Submittable is easy to use and forms are easy to build. Reviewers find it very easy to use and the implementation team and customer service team have been very helpful. They were also willing to negotiate the subscription and it is great to be able to add additional projects at no cost.

    Negative

    The reporting features are sometimes not as intuitive as I would have hoped and it is odd that there are no deadlines for reference submissions even if the application has a deadline.

    Would use again if the procurement went to them, for large or small programs. We have also recommended them to others and they have been very happy too!

    Negative

    Legal can take time but very cooperative. A lot happens up front and sometimes it is difficult to meet the meeting demands. This is a pro and con that they want to work quickly to get things up and going but hard at the same time meeting demands of our regular work too.

    Summary

    Good system to support high volume transactions and great technical support and ease of implement and function

    Positive

    We vetted a couple of systems to support a CARES act program and found that Submittable was the best fit. We had a short window to implement and they delivered in great form.

    Negative

    Need to better support ACH payments. We had to do many bank information adjustments. Having a link to bank routing numbers would had helped.
